No.2753 of 2024 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, SC/ST, Dhanbad by which the bail of the appellant was rejected. Aggrieved by the order, instant criminal appeal has been preferred. 2. Appellant was granted provisional bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.01.2025 and the parties were directed to appear before this Court. Appellant as well his wife is present before this Court in which the complainant states that she is presently living in her matrimonial home and has no complaint against the appellant, who is her husband. 3. Under the circumstance, provisional bail granted to the appellant, is hereby, confirmed. Criminal Appeal stands allowed. Interlocutory Application, if any, is disposed of.
