1. Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondent No. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-1). (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities initiate acquisition proceedings and grant adequate compensation to the petitioner with respect to his land. (iii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to restrain respondent No.
2 4 from using petitioner's land till the compensation is granted to the petitioner. (iv) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation before the respondent No. 2 through respondent No. 3 informing the authorities about the arbitrary action of respondent No. 4 and requesting interference by immediately stopping the mining work and if the land is required for the mining work proper compensation and other benefits must be given to the petitioner under the Chhattisgarh Rehabilitation and Resettlement policy, but till date the same has not been considered, therefore he prays for a direction to the concerned authorities to decide his representation dated 28.05.2025.

Learned State Counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent No. 1 to 3 to consider the pending claim/represenation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer and if the claim of the petitioner is pending, it will be considered/decided in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 shall consider/decide the claim/representation dated 28.05.2025 of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
