Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 302(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 12(1)(2) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act and section 11(1) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 10.09.2024, cow of the Informant went missing. On enquiry, he came to know that the petitioner along with co-accused persons had stolen his cow and thereafter sold it to one Suraj Kasai. 4. It was submitted that the cow of the Informant was subsequently recovered from a public place. It was further submitted that co-accused Md. Soheb has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 9711 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2024. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S.
