I The c`a-sre of the prose6utI'On I-S tlha{ 6-;ir16~io6.2025 a{ aroun:a:-5:30 a.m., an incident occurred at pedavegi village, whI'6h was reported on th6-same day at 10:30 p.m. in his complaint] BollI-kOnda Laxmi Narayana' stated 'that he is working as a night watchman at a glass factory in pedavegi village.
He further mentioned that there have been {ongstanding disputes between him and one \ + ~ china padmarao, a. resident o.i the same village. On 19.06.2025, at ab6ut-5:30 a.m., while the, complainant was returning home on his motorcJycie after co,mpleting..his duty and was passing near padmaraoJs house, ,he wa-s stopped by the accused persons. At that moment, Accused No.1 -'Padmarad, h1'S Wife/Accused No.2 Satyavati, and their son Accused No.3 Nag-a +Pruthvi, attacked 'the comp!ainan{ with an intention to kill him.-padniarad 'struck the ~| complainant on the head with an iron rod, while Naga Pruthvi anld satyavati aided him and also beat the complainant. s-ubsequentiy, the 6omplainan{'§ family' members admitted him to the Government Hospital at EI'uru, 'where' the doctors examined him, stitched the head injury, and admj{ted hiin' for t'urther treatment. .Bas;d on the complainantJs report, the sub-lnspe-c'for of police reg.istered a case and took up inveStI'gatiOn. 3. +`' Hcaar'd l6arhed counsel for the petitioner and the leamed Assistant tl Public Pros6cutor. 4. Per corfra, Ms. Akhiia Naidu, opposed in granting of bail-stating that accusation 'ls well-founded; if the petitioner is granted bail, he will repeat the same offence and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6. Perused the record. 7. As seen from the record, this Court, while granting bail to Accused No.1 on 31.O72025, dismissed the application of the present petitioner on the ground that the investigation was not yet completed. Now, the wound certificate has been received and nearly n-!ne witnesses have been examined. The petitioner was arrested on 20.06.2025 and has been in judicial custody for the past 60 days. 8.
Consic!ering the gravity and nature of the allegations leveled against the petitio.her/Accused No.3 and the period of detention undergoing by him and his .allegecl role played in the case, this Court, finc!s it reasonable and proper to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.3 on bail with certain stringent -conditions. 9. ln the result, the Criminal Petition is` allowed with the following condi|lions: E2I z.Z `'
