When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 appeal, in accordance with the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P4 can be considered in accordance with the law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief now sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 appeal, in accordance with the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
