Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an Order, Proceeding, Direction or an appropriate Writ, more particularly one in the nature of 'Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing the revised final key on 11.08.2025 by challenging the option shown as correct for question(191) ID No3922663271 for the exam conducted through Notification No. 01/Mega DSC-TRC-01/2025, dated 20.04.2025 for the Post of Physical Education Teacher, conducted on 22.06.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to correct the same and reissue the revised final key and release fresh score cards and pass appropriate Orders, in the interest of justice, and pass such other order.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No. 21663 of 2025
ORDER:
1. In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the correctness of the answer key with respect to Question ID 3922663271 bearing Question No.191, which was issued pursuant to Notification No.1/Mega-DSC-TRC-1/2025, dated 20.04.2025.
2. The Petitioner contends that the academic literature of this question is contrary to the answer key provided by the Respondents.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the answer key was issued after consultation with experts and no interference is called for.
4. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is
disposed of, with the following directions:
(i) The Petitioner shall submit a representation to the
Respondents enclosing the supporting academic literature
to Question ID 3922663271 bearing Question No.191.
(ii) Upon receipt of the said representation, the Respondents shall examine it along with the enclosed academic literature, consider its feasibility, and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. (iii) There shall be no order as to costs.
