The suit in O.S.No.849/2023 from which the civil revision petition arises has been disposed of on 18.01.2025 and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondent has furnished a copy of the
judgment passed in O.S.No.849/2023 dated 18.01.2025.
2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 18.07.2024, this Court had extended the period to deposit the amount as directed by the trial Court by
order dated 18.06.2024 by a period of one week subject to the orders to be passed on 22.07.2024. Thereafter, the time for deposit was being extended from time to time. Despite such directions, the trial Court has proceeded to pass the judgment.
3. If there is any violation of the orders passed by this Court either at the hands of the trial Court or at the hands of
