In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for direction to respondent - authorities to consider the representation dated 16.06.2025 produced at Annexure-A to the writ petition. 3. Heard Sri K.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents - State. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22157 WP No. 18250 of 2025 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15208/2025 disposed of on 05.06.2025 (Annexure-K), the mutation entries has to be restored in favour of the petitioner, since the matter was remanded to respondent No.1 for re-consideration. 5. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate that, pursuant to the order of remand passed by this Court, the proceedings have been commenced and it is pending consideration before the respondent No.1. 6. In that view of the matter, if the petitioner has made an application to the respondent No.1 in R.A.(A).No.202/2025 seeking stay of the RRT proceedings passed by the respondent No.2 is concerned and same shall be considered interalia representation dated 16.06.2025 at Annexure-A filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 shall consider the same at the earliest - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22157 WP No. 18250 of 2025 within a period of two weeks from the next date of hearing before the respondent No.1. 7. In that view of the matter, respondent No.1 is directed to conclude the entire proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
