Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 challenging the Order dated 22.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.627 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu District, Ananthapuramu. Learned trial Court under the impugned

3. dismissed the application for bail filed by the appellant/A3. It appears that subsequent to dismissal of this order, learned trial Court on the second application filed by the A1, enlarged him on bail whereas, the present petitioner/A3 filed the present appeal challenging the earlier order.

4. Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy,
learned counsel for the appellant/A3 would submit that as per the Wound Certificate, the injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State would submit that as on the date, investigation is almost completed. Considering the above facts and circumstances and upon perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the appellant/A3 also be enlarged on bail, subject to the following conditions:
6. i) The Appellant/A3 shall be enlarged on bail, on executing a personal bond for Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two (02) sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu District, Ananthapuramu. On release, the Appellant/A3 shall appear before the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu District, ii) ■ ^-9
5 Ananthapuramu, on every fourth Saturday of the month, till disposal of the Appeal. The Appellant/A3 shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuramu District, Ananthapuramu. The Appellant/A3 shall not intimidate or annoy the victim in any manner. If the Appellant/A3 violates any of the above conditions, the prosecution is at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the bail. iii) iv) V)
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is allowed. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
