Heard Sri P.Ravikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the 2. respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions 3. would submit that the police have received the representation of the petitioner and it is in the process of enquiry. He would further submit that after enquiry they will take necessary steps. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the 4. same, the petition may be disposed of. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to look into the issue and take appropriate decisionover the matteraccordingto law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
