This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 to decide objection dated 05.07.2023 filed by petitioner in Case No. 318 of 2023 (Jumman Vs. Tauseef Jamal and others) under Section 20 of U.P.C.H. Act Chak No. 78 and 5 situated at Village Salarpur, Tappa Bihorjpur, Pargana Mohamdabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh, within time stipulated fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Despite being repeated query by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to state as to what was the date of publication of the Provisional Consolidation Scheme and what was the date of the notification under section 4 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. 4. The application/objection has been filed allegedly on 05.07.2023. The application does not state the date of publication of the Provisional Consolidation Scheme. Therefore, in view of such vague and non available averments, no interference is called for in this writ petition. This petition is therefore, dismissed. 5. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to send a copy of the instant petition along with this order to the respondent no. 2 within a week for his information.
