Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a direction to District Judge, Etawah to consider and decide the P.A. Appeal No. 79 of 2023, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid appeal is pending since 2023. Therefore, a direction may be issued to District Judge, Etawah to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to District Judge, Etawah to decide the P.A. Appeal No. 79 of 2023 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
