Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 28.10.2022 passed by respondent No.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Bah, District-Agra in Case No.2855/2022 (Computer Case No. T202201010602855) Jay Ram Vs. Smt. Avdhesh Devi Under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as impugned order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Case No.2474/2021 (Computer Case No. T202101010602474) Jayram Vs. Kasturi Devi Under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.4 to and further be pleased to direct the respondents to maintain the status-quo, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision or she may contest the proceedings since the proceedings are pending after the remand. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
