No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision despite the fact that there are four learned counsels. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State is present. Perused the records and order sheet of the matter. 3. The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 21.01.2019 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Sonebhadra in Criminal Appeal No.46 of 2012 and against the order dated 26.10.2012 passed by C.J.M., Sonebhadra in Criminal Case No.472 of 1997. 4. Even previously on 12.05.2025 there was no appearance on behalf of the revisionist and thus bailable warrant were issued against the revisionist. 5. As per the office report dated 25.07.2025, a death report of C.J.M., Sonebhadra dated 08.07.2025 has been received stating therein that the sole revisionist Kanhai Ghosh has died in the year 2021 and thus bailable warrant could not be executed. 6. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 7. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 8. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
