This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed against the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District- Kanpur Dehat in Maintenance Case No.74 of 2018 (Smt. Archana @ Neeshu & Another v. Pradeep Kumar @ Deepu), under Section 125 CrPC, as well as against order dated 21.11.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai, under Section 128 CrPC. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that the applicant may be permitted to pay/deposit the arrears of maintenance in reasonable installments and a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned for the same. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case the applicant moves an application before Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today to pay/deposit the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
