JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 20.02.2026 The matter was taken up for mediation, whereas the only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents that his “A” Class Registration Card has not been renewed in terms of SRO 122, whereas similarly situated persons have got their cards renewed. Given the nature of the prayer involved, this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the rules. Learned counsel for the respondents expressed no objection. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider renewal of the “A” class Registration Card of the petitioner in accordance with the rules. The decision thereon shall be taken within a period of four months and communicated to the petitioner. Disposed of as such.
