The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 271/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. 3. On 23.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. The unknown thieves took away about Rs. 3,00,000/- (rupees three lakh only) and other articles from there. 4. It appears that during the course of investigation Rs. 4,84,000/- (rupees four lakh eighty four thousand only) was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 5. It was submitted that the money recovered from the house of the petitioner was his own money. He had taken a loan and sold a portion of land. It was further submitted that there is allegation of theft of about Rs. 3,00,000/- and the recovered amount is Rs. 4,84,000/- 6. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S.
