Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner alleges non-compliance of the judgment rendered in Parmod Singh Vs. HRTC & Anr. 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record an office letter dated 03.11.2025 from the Dy. Divisional Manager, HRTC Nagrota Bagwan, addressed to the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla and on that basis submitted that all retiral benefits due and admissible have been paid to the petitioner under two different cheques dated 14.05.2025 & 03.11.2025; Only the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 12856/2024 decided on 09.12.2024 interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be released to the petitioner and the same shall also be released within six weeks from today. 4. In view of above, this petition to stand disposed of. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the interest component to the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits within six weeks i.e. by 18.12.2025.
