1 54ca12396.24 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD 54 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 12396 OF 2024 IN FAST/27830/2024 BHAMABAI NAMDEV DHAS AND ANR VERSUS SHRIHARI RAMKISAN KHADE AND ORS ... Advocate for Applicants : Mr. Dargad Swapnil Sunilkumar Advocate for Respondent No.3 : Mr. Rathi Swapnil S. ... CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. Dated : 30.01.2025 PER COURT :- 1. Heard Mr. Dargad, learned Advocate appearing for applicants. 2. Applicants seek condonation of delay of 162 days caused in filing appeal. 3. Mr. Rathi, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No. 3 opposes prayer for condonation of delay. 2 54ca12396.24 However, considering reasons stated in the application and fact that applicants are litigating for getting just compensation in accident claim, a liberal approach needs to be adopted. 4. In that view of the matter, a case is made out to condone delay. Resultantly, following order : ORDER (i) The Civil Application stands allowed. (ii) Delay of 162 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned. (iii) Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any. (iv) The Civil Application stands disposed off. ( S. G.
