No. 301 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302, 307, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have given several axe blows on the person of the father of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It appears that murder weapon was recovered on his pointing out. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
