1. Heard Mr. Hemant Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Shakib Ahmed, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1 and Mr. Shubhank Tiwari, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent No.2.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following prayer :-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR dated 14.01.2022 (Annexure P/1), as Crime No. 18/2022 by the police of Mahila Thana, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.), whereby the police has registered offence under section 498-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.”
3. It has been pointed out by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 that in the present petition though the petitioners had challenged the impugned FIR, but at this stage, charge-sheet has already been submitted against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to law.
