Heard and perused the materials available on record. 3. According to the case of the petitioner, the petitioner owned property to an extent of 1.69 cents comprised in S.No.177/1B to an extent of 0.20 cents, S.No.177/1A, Patta No.691, situated in No.59, Sempoondi Village, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District. While being so, the respondents 5 to 7 are preventing the petitioner from enjoyment of the property. Therefore, it is a clear civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
