Case No.130/2022, corresponding to POCSO Case No.03/2023, registered under Sections 323, 366-A, 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 6,8,10 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act, pending in the Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge-I at Seraikella. 2. It is alleged that on 15.08.2022, the petitioner had enticed away 17 years old minor daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. It further appears that petitioner took her to various places and established physical relationship with her and also performed marriage in Puri, Orissa. 3. From the perusal of the aforesaid facts, it appears that the prima facie case under Sections 366-A & 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6,8,10 of POCSO Act is made out. 4.
