Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2635 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 341, 323, 313, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix in the year 2018 on the promise of marriage. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for four years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Mandar P.S.
