It is submitted on behalf of respondent No. 4 by filing an affidavit that appellant Bhola Turi died on 21.12.2024 and he is no more alive and the death certificate to that effect was issued from the Gram Panchayat Ghunghasa has also been annexed with this affidavit, by which it appears that Bhola Turi died on 21.12.2024. 3. In this view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has stated that he has no instruction, but this appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the legal heirs of the Appellant, if any, to take any legal recourse as per the provisions of law. 4. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State does not raise objection in this regard. 5. Accordingly, this appeal gets disposed of as abated with liberty as aforesaid. (Navneet Kumar, J.) R.Kumar
