The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 25.02.2025, disposed the petition with direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file final report. However, the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023 has been stayed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1145 of 2024 by an order dated 22.01.2024. Hence he prayed for necessary direction. 3.
