The memo which is taken on record reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to withdraw the above petition as not pressed as the matter before the trial court is posted for evidence, and request the Hon'ble Court to direct the Trial Court for speedy disposal. Hence, this memo for withdrawal, in the interest of justice." 3.
