Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be allowed and the divorce case filed by the petitioner under section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 pending before the court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Hamirpur, District Hamirpur, H.P. titled as Pooja Devi versus Rishu registration no ΗΜΑ/367/2024 with CNR may No.HPHA010029912024 kindly be transferred to the Court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghumarwin District Bilaspur, H.P.in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:35799 of justice would be served in case this petition is disposed of with the observation that the learned Court where the matter is presently pending should made an endeavour to decide the same expeditiously. 3. The petition is disposed of without granting relief, as prayed for, but with the observation that the learned Family Court concerned shall make an endeavour to decide the case expeditiously.
