Heard learned counsel Sri Anwarali D. Nadaf, for complainant and learned Government Advocate Sri G.K.Hiregoudar, for respondents/accused No.1 and 2 and perused the entire contempt petition papers.
2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 16.07.2024, passed in W.P.No.103751/2024, wherein, this Court
directed respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 06.01.2024 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondents/accused No.1 and 2 points out from the affidavit of respondent No.2/accused No.2 that representation of the petitioner/complainant was considered and decision is taken

to allot a site to the complainant to an extent of 1147.5 sq.meters and accordingly notice dated 01.03.2025 is issued to the complainant to remit a sum of Rs.17,21,250/- by way of demand draft.
4. The learned counsel for the complainant would submit that the demand from the respondent is exorbitant and further he submits that the complainant would be entitled to a site of bigger dimension.
5. Contempt Court would not go into as to whether the demand raised by the respondent authority is exorbitant and whether the petitioner would be entitled for bigger site. The direction is only to consider the representation. There is no direction to consider the representation in a particular manner.
6. As the respondents have considered the representation and have issued demand notice, we are satisfied that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. Hence, further proceedings are dropped.

7. In view of disposal of the petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of as they do not survive for consideration.
