Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicant, the M.C.C. No. 80/2025 is allowed and the M.C.C. No. 365 of 2019, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the court order dated 24.06.2019 is restored to its original number. A copy of this order be placed on record of the original file.
