JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 12/09/2025 1. It has been submitted that earlier petitioner has filed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5355/2025 before this Court with the prayer that as per new policy issued by the respondent-Medical and Health Department with regard to senior resident, the petitioner was although allotted seats, yet he was not relieved by the respondents. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by [2025:RJ-JP:37168] (2 of 2) [CW-13862/2025] the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 with the directions to the petitioner to submit an application before the competent authority for NOC as well as leave. Before passing any order, the respondent No. 2 in the aforesaid writ petition was directed to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on 21.08.2025 at 11:00 AM and after considering the representation of the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of sympathetically. Till the disposal of the representation rights of the petitioner were directed to remain secured. 2. Petitioner present in person submits that in compliance of order dated 18.08.2025, representation was submitted by him and he also remained present before the respondent No.2 on 21.08.2025, yet till this date, his representation has not been decided. 3. Although, normally for the same relief, second writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court, yet looking to the limited prayer of the petitioner with regard to granting time bound directions for disposal of the representation, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition directing the respondent No.3 in the instant writ petition to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner on 28.08.2025 and 21.08.2025 in compliance of earlier order dated 18.08.2025, within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any comments on merits of the case. (ANAND SHARMA),J NEERU /34
