The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No. 39/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 140(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, subsequently chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 140(1), 130(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Paridhi Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 10.07.2024, nephew of the informant Ajay Mahto went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. It is alleged that the deceased was having illicit relationship with the wife of the co-accused Jagdish Munda. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that co-accused Jagdish Munda was apprehended and he implicated the petitioner stating that he was also in involved in the murder of the deceased. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Paridhi Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi or her successor in connection with Budmu P.S.
