JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections379/411of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure made by two co-accused persons that they were taking the stolen Bolero vehicle of the informant to the petitioner to sell it, petitioner was apprehended by police. It is further alleged that petitioner, while being taken to police station by Chaukidar he dodged and fled away from the custody of police. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner’s name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Stolen vehicle was recovered from Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20643 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 conscious possession of co-accused Chintu Kumar Singh. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 6.
