ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“...pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3''°' respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station and forcing them to compromise the suit in O.S.No.760 of 2025 on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kurnool with 4^^ respondent which the lease agreement was valid upto 21.10.2031 for running a Hotel in Sy.No.667A for an extent of Ac.0.16 cents situated at Saraswathi Nagar, Nandyal Checkpost, Kurnool to sit in the police station hours together is illegal, arbitrary and against law and consequently direct the respondents not to call/not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioners’ land without following any due process of law and pass...’’ When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioners in FIR No.331 of 2025 dated 12.07.2025 on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3) r/w 3(5) BNS. one
