The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 28/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Yashoda Kumari, who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. Case Diary, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that independent witnesses have stated that there was some dispute between the husband and deceased due to which she committed suicide. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Mohanpur P.S.
