This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision & pass the following relief's as under:- 1. Hon'ble Court may kindly allow this revision by amending the impugned order dated 25.06.2018 passed by the learned Family Court Dhamatari, in the Misc. Criminal Case No. 99/2017 parties being "Smt. Lukeshwari and another Vs. Girdhar Ram" to the extend to enhance the maintenance amount at Rs. 18,000/- per month, in the interest of justice. 2. Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass order by allowing this revision direct the respondent to pay the maintenance amount from the date of application/petition under section 125 of Cr.P.C. dated 22.07.2017, in the interest of justice. 3. Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to pass order appropriate to fit for the applicants in the interest of justice.” 4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith. 7. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
