Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition indicating that the parties have settled the matter out of Court. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL It is humbly submitted that the parties in the present writ petition (arising out of order passed in OS No. 4230/2025 by the Hon'ble Trial Court) have settled the matter out of court and in light of the same, the Petitioner herein kindly prays that the Hon'ble court may permit the Petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."
