This Court on 15.07.2025 in Crl.P.No.6973/2025 refused to grant pre arrest bail to the Petitioner by assigning cogent reasons. The Petitioner has filed again this petition for grant of pre-arrest bail. The Petitioner is allegedly acted as mediator in between other accused for purchase and transportation of the red sander logs. Therefore, this Court feels that the Petitioner is disentitled for grant of pre-arrest bail. 3. In the result, this petition is dismissed. However, as per the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner/Accused No.5 to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Court concerned within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and move an appropriate application before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned. The learned Jurisdictional Court concerned shall make endeavor to dispose of the said application in accordance with law, on its own merits, and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time, preferably in two (02) days.
