Sector 58 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, (4) Case Crime No. 23 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506, 120-B, 34 IPC, P.S. Sector 58 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the cases are related to Covid-19 period. It is further submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 30.01.2021 inspite of bail orders passed and last bail order has been passed on 10.02.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person and social status of the applicant is not good and due to this reason he has failed to arrange the two sureties in each case. It is further submitted that in all eleven cases applicant has been granted bail. In view of above facts and circumstances, the court concerned is/are directed to release the applicant in aforesaid total eleven cases on the basis of personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. With the above observations this application is disposed of.
