Case No. 724 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 10/11 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act. 3. This is a case of impersonation. The petitioner has impersonated as one of the candidate and has appeared in the exam for constable recruitment. He is in custody since 29.12.2024. 4.
