The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to conclude the enquiry proceedings and forward the same with his own opinion under the provisions of Government Order dated 5.10.2009 to the Government of U.P. for further proceedings. 3. Reading of the aforesaid prayer and the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel reveal that this petition has been rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
