The Court made the following order:
The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Execution Court has not disposed of the application vide E.A.No.6 of 2024 in E.P.No.39 of 2023 in O.S.No.161 of 2016, pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent did not oppose the civil revision petition and submitted that time may be fixed for disposing of the said application. 3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Execution Court to dispose of E.A.No.6 of 2024 in E.P.No.39 of 2023 in O.S.No.161 of 2016 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
