Issue notice. 4. Learned APP for the State, who appears on advance notice, accepts notice and fairly submits that the present application may be allowed. 5. For the reasons mentioned in the application as well as no objection given by the State, the same is allowed. 6. The name of the petitioner be read as “Himanshu Kwatra”. 7.
