Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Ravindra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of the order, dated 30.04.2024, the District Collector, Annamayya District, Rayachoty, passed a speaking order vide reference No.R.Dis.E3/3389/2024 dated 24.05.2025. 3. Given the speaking order, dated 24.05.2025, this Court does not find any violation of the order, dated 30.04.2024. 4. Hence, this contempt case is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed vide reference No.R.Dis.E3/3389/2024 dated 24.05.2025, if she is still aggrieved. No costs.
