In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 06.04.2024 at Annexure-H issued by Respondent No.4 herein. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned AGA for the Respondent - State. 3. Having taken note of the averments made in the Endorsement dated 06.04.2024 at Annexure-H would indicate that, the Respondent – authorities declined to survey the land on the ground that, this Court in W.P.No.18357/2021 granted an order of status-quo insofar as the land in question is concerned. It is also to be noted that, the schedule land in the present Writ Petition is also the subject matter in W.P.No.18357/2021. In that view of the matter, it is open for the Petitioner to file necessary application in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22460 WP No. 19669 of 2024 W.P.No.18357/2021 seeking relief insofar as conducting Phodi and Durast in respect of land in question. 4.
