This Writ Petition is filed undeZr Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents, particularly that of Respondents No 4 and 5, at the instance of Respondents Nos. 6 and 7, in harassing the Petitioners and their family members by frequently summoning to attend before them and insisting them to separate from each other advising the petitioner to go to her parental home with 6th Respondent, by giving up her matrimonial relation with 2nd petitioner as it is not with the consent and concurrence of 6th Respondent and frequently interfering with petitioners peaceful living, liberty, and personal life, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents, particularly the Respondents No 4 and 5 not to interfere in any manner with their legitimate right and liberty of leading conjugal life as well as with our personal liberty.”

Sri Petluri Nagaraju, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that Police are repeatedly calling the Petitioners to the Police Station without there being any case registered against them. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that no crime is registered against the Petitioners and the Police are not calling the Petitioners to the Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
