The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner (Complainant) to direct the Respondents to conclude the enquiry within stipulated period. 2. It is argued that in this regard representation has already been made by him before the Respondent No. 2 on 24.12.2024 and thereafter on 1/2.01.2025 but till date no decision has been taken. 3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
