This writ petition has been filed challenging judgment and order dated 16.04.2015, passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad in OA No. 331/00021 of 2015, Govind Ram Dhondiyal Vs. Union of India and others. The impugned judgment is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 3. By the said judgment, original application filed by respondent Nos. 2 to 20, claiming grade pay of Rs. 4200/-, which is admissible for the post of Master Craftsman under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme, was allowed by following the judgment rendered in original applications O.A. No. 331/00001/2014 and O.A. No. 331/00023/2014. 4. Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned counsel appearing for private respondents submits that identical controversy has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 320 of 2015. Judgment dated 11.06.2024, rendered in said writ petition is enclosed as Annexure-1 to the affidavit filed along with IA/466/2024. 5. Perusal of the said judgment reveals that the judgment rendered by learned Tribunal in Original Application No. 331/00023 of 2014 and other similar original applications was affirmed by coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 11.06.2024. 6. Since the issue raised by petitioner in this writ petition has already been decided in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 320 of 2015, therefore, we are not persuaded to take a view different from the one taken by coordinate Bench in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 320 of 2015. 7. Thus, the Writ Petition is decided in terms of judgment rendered in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 320 of 2015. 8. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (Ashish Naithani, J.)
