Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint given by the petitioners, a crime has been registered against the unofficial respondents herein in Crime No.95 of 2025 under Sections 329(3) 324(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS of T Narsapuram P.S., and is under investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
