N PARAMESWARA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the judgment dated 27.11.2014 passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Chittoor, in Crl.M.P.No.34 of 2012 by revising the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Palamaner in M.C.No.12 of 2011 dated 08.12.2012. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. A perusal of the report dated 19.7.2025 received from the Secretary- cum-Senior Civil Judge, District Legal Services Authority, Chittoor, indicates that revision petitioner-P.Seethapathi, died on 03.03.2016 and a copy of the death certificate is also enclosed. 5. In view of the death of the revision petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives in the present Criminal Revision Petition. 6. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as the cause does not survive.
